Vutnijlè Se

Vutnijlè Se (/vut/ /ˈniʤlɛ/ [region; suburb] [hot (attractive)]) is a temperate Town located in the Wizkèysè Provence of the Kingdom of Hobben.

The name Vutnijlè Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Vutnijlè Se was founded by Chůh Y̼ùco Watkins, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Vutnijlè Se weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. Vutnijlè Se's budget focused millitary grade defenses are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Cultural Notes

Vutnijlè Se's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.

Vutnijlè Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves performance art to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 3 via oratory performances.
